The Vaccines Share New Song, “I Can’t Quit” – Listen

From The Vaccines’ fourth studio album Combat Sports, out Mar 30

The Vaccines have shared a new song called “I Can’t Quit” – the first single taken from the band’s forthcoming fourth studio album, Combat Sports (released March 30th via Columbia Records). It premiered earlier today (January 3) on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show. Hear the lead single, along with an interview, here.

In a recent interview with NME, frontman Justin Hayward-Young discussed the writing process behind the upcoming record. “‘English Graffiti’ was made on a computer, so we wanted to inverse the process on ‘Combat Sports’ and reconnect with the way we started making music. It sort of builds on the musicality of ‘English Graffiti’, but I think there’s a lot more of the spirit and energy from ‘What Did You Expect’”.

Meanwhile, The Vaccines have also announced a new UK tour. The band will head to Bristol at the beginning of April before travelling to Bournemouth, Cambridge, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Glasgow, Sheffield and London later in the month. Tickets for their show at Nottingham’s Rock City are on sale now. Check out The Vaccines’ upcoming tour dates below:
